The Plain Dealer just published a list of the top rated nursing home facilities in Northeast Ohio. While I'm not familiar with all of the facilities, I'm not surprised with those that rank at the top.

Beginning October 18, 2018, the VA implements a bright-line test to financially qualify for benefits. This means the end to the ever-confusing and unpredictable actuarial-need test that most generally assumed to be $80,000.
